1391.04 FEES.

(a) Apartments

Inspection - each dwelling unit $20.00

Inspection - building exterior and grounds $20.00

Deposit: $10.00 x total number of units in complex

Reinspections: deducted from the deposit $20.00 per reinspection for the first dwelling unit plus,

$10.00 for each additional dwelling units in the complex.

Reinspection of each building exterior premises or complex.$20.00

(b) Single, Duplex, and Triplex Rental Units

Inspection of each dwelling unit $50.00

Inspection - building exterior premises $50.00

Reinspection of each dwelling unit or premises $20.00
