1359.07 NOTICE TO COUNTY AUDITOR.

The City Engineer shall forward a copy of any duly accepted and recorded conservation easement to the office of the County Auditor with a request for a reappraisal of the easement area pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5713.04. The City Engineer shall also forward a copy of the recorded conservation easement to the City Finance Director for inclusion in the inventory of City real property interests.
