(a) Temporary and/or seasonal employees are to be paid and serve under such terms and conditions as the City Manager may direct. Temporary and/or seasonal employees are not regular full-time or regular part-time employees of the City.
(b) Seasonal Employee - A seasonal employee works a certain regular season and for FLSA purposes is considered exempt from overtime compensation.
(c) Temporary Employee - A temporary employee is an employee who may work at any time during the year performing a function or providing a service to supplement the full-time and regular part-time workforce at various times throughout the year and for FLSA purposes is considered non-exempt from overtime compensation.
