Any owner and/or occupant who is served a notice of violation of any of the provisions of Chapters 1367 or 1369 may within ten (10) days of receipt of said notice appeal the findings of the Property Maintenance Inspector. Such appeal shall be made by filing with the Department of Planning and Development a notice of appeal on forms provided for such purpose. Said appeal shall be scheduled for a hearing before the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals. Fees, notice requirements, procedures for said appeal and hearing shall be as set forth in Chapter 1131 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
