Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a third degree misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty as set forth in Section 501.99 of the General Offenses Code for a third degree misdemeanor. Each day upon which said violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
