1349.28 FAILURE TO COMPLY.

Whenever the owner and/or occupant of a structure or premises fails, neglects or refuses to comply with any notice of violation within the time period specified in said notice, the Responsible officia1 shall proceed as provided in Section 1349.29 or 1349.30 whichever is applicable.
