Prior to the occupancy of any mobile home intended for use as a dwelling, the owner or his agent shall obtain a certificate of occupancy from the Chief Building Official. No such certificate shall be issued until an inspection has been made of the electrical, water, and sanitary sewer hook-ups and said installations have been found to meet the requirements of this code. A fee of $25.00 shall be charged for the inspection of each mobile home under the provisions of this section.
