In addition to any and all other legal remedies or penalties provided for pursuant to Section 3791.04 of the Ohio Revised Code and the Ohio Building Code, any person; firm or corporation who violates any provisions of the Ohio Building Code, or fails to comply with any order issued pursuant to any section thereof, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or imprisoned not more than sixty (60) days, or both, for each offense. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
