(a) The Planning, Zoning and Code Enforcement Division shall administer the following areas, to wit: the Zoning Code including the Subdivision Regulations: Building Code Enforcement not under the jurisdiction of the Chief Building Official and the Community Block Grant Program: The Planning, Zoning and Code Enforcement Division shall also provide assistance to the Planning Commission, provide assistance to the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals, prepare long range plans for the growth and development of the City and perform such other duties as deemed appropriate by the City Manager.
(b) The Economic Development Division shall coordinate all economic development activities of the City and shall perform such other duties as deemed appropriate by the City Manager.
