147.01 DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established a Department of Planning and Development which shall have two (2) Divisions. One shall be the Planning, Zoning and Code Enforcement Division. The other shall be the Economic Development Division. Each Division shall be under the direction of a Director who shall be appointed by and responsible to the City Manager.
