(a) New Houses and each new 1, 2 and 3 family dwelling units:
$400.00 flat fee plus $20.00 per 100 sq. ft.
(b) Residential Additions attached to and abutting residential dwellings:
$100.00 flat fee plus $20.00 per 100 sq. ft.
(c) Residential attached three season rooms, sun rooms, wood frame patio enclosures and alterations to residential dwellings including remodeling and renovations and repairs for fire, storm, flood, or vehicle damage shall be charged as follows:
$50.00 flat fee plus $20.00 per 100 sq. ft.
(d) Residential maintenance repairs including but not limited to, re-roof, and siding not involving fire, storm, flood, or vehicle damage, also window or door replacement, and concrete patio, and other concrete flatwork, and interior demolition permits.
$40.00 flat fee plus $2.00 per 100 sq. ft.
Plus a $20.00 flat fee for each additional repair/replacement permit type added to the permit
(e) Sheds, gazebos, open pavilions, or other detached accessory structures greater than 120 sq. ft. and complete dwelling demolitions and foundation only permits, and attached awnings:
$60.00 flat fee plus $10.00 per 100 sq. ft.
(f) Decks of any size, built without roof structures, attached or adjacent to any type of structure:
$60.00 plus $10.00 per 100 sq. ft.
(g) Swimming pools: $30.00 plus $2.00 per 100 sq. ft above ground;
$60.00 plus $2.00 per 100 sq. ft. in ground.
Any electrical, pool heater and fence installations shall be added in accordance with the separate permit charges.
(h) Radio, television or other tower for any purpose:
$50.00 Flat Fee
(i) Fences and Signs and other permits:
Fences not over 6 feet: $20.00 flat zoning permit fee
Fences over 6 feet: $40.00 flat fee
Signs: $25.00 flat zoning permit fee
Retaining Walls over 4 feet $40.00 flat fee
Sheds less than 120 sq. ft. $30.00 flat zoning permit fee
Drives not in right-of-way $30.00 flat zoning permit fee
Sidewalks not in right-of-way $30.00 flat zoning permit fee
(j) Permit extensions as required by code.
