135.02 RETURNED CHECKS.

The maker of a check payable to the City of Mentor shall be charged the sum of twenty- five dollars ($25.00) upon said check being dishonored and returned by the bank due to insufficient funds in the account, closed account, stopped payment, or any other reason.
