Violation of any of the provisions of this Zoning Code or failure to comply with any requirements hereof, including conditions established pursuant to various sections or the erection of any building or the use of any building or land in violation of any detailed statement or plan submitted and approved hereunder, shall constitute a third degree misdemeanor. Persons, firms, or corporations guilty of such violations shall, be subject to penalties as set forth in Section 501.99 of the General Offenses Code for third degree misdemeanors. Each day upon which such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
