A fee in the amount shown in the current adopted schedule of the City Manager shall be paid for the following permits, applications, and other actions:
Accessory building permit
Driveway permit
Fence permit
Home-based business permit
Re-occupancy permit
Sign permit
Zoning permit (other accessory structures)
Zoning verification letter
Appeal / variance to the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals
Conditional use permit (CUP)
Miscellaneous review by the Planning Commission
Site plan review
Zoning Map amendment/rezoning
