1115.01 REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS.
   Prior to final approval, the subdivider shall have installed, or furnished surety, in accordance with Chapter 1109 to guarantee the installation of the improvements hereinafter required. (Ord. 10-O-91. Passed 10-5-10.)
