1111.05 SPECIAL PROCEDURES FOR MINOR SUBDIVISIONS.
   Minor subdivisions may be approved for recordation by the Director of Planning without referral to the Planning Commission or City Council provided that all appropriate requirements of this code are met and the plat has received a favorable review by the City Engineer. Where there are unusual conditions associated with a proposed subdivision, the plat shall be forwarded to the Planning Commission for review and approval.
   Minor subdivisions presented to the Commission shall include such information as contained in Sections 1113.02 and 1113.03 as deemed necessary and appropriate by the Commission.
   Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Director of Planning under this section shall have the right to appeal said decision to the Planning Commission by filing a written appeal within ten days from the date of the decision.
   Any plats approved administratively shall be reported to the Commission at the first meeting following the date of said approval.
