1111.02 PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE.

Prior to submission of a preliminary plat, the subdivider may submit to the Department of Planning and Development for review, plans and data relative to his proposed development. This step does not require formal application fee or filing of the plat with the Planning Commission.
