961.16 REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT FROM PUBLIC WAYS.

At the expiration of the term for which a franchise is granted, or upon termination and cancellation as provided herein, the City shall have the right to require the franchisee to remove at its own expense any and all portions of the CATV system from the public ways within the City.
