937.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of conciseness and clarity the names and phrases hereafter set forth shall have the following meanings:

   (a)    "City" shall mean the City of Mentor.

   (b)    "Company" shall mean Aqua Ohio, its successors and assigns.

   (c)    "Transmission mains" shall mean a system of primary conduits 8 inches in diameter or over plus their appurtenances, for the primary purpose of transmitting water between supply and treatment facilities, storage reservoirs and load centers.

   (d)    "Distribution mains" shall mean a system of secondary conduits regardless of size plus their appurtenances for the primary purpose of supplying water to consumers located along and adjacent to said mains.

   (e)    "Frontage" shall mean the roadway frontage on sides of the street within which a water line is located or to be located.
