907.01 CLEANING OF STREETS DURING CONSTRUCTION.

(a) During the construction or installation of any improvement to real property, the contractor to whom the permit is issued shall at the end of each working day, remove from the traveled portion of all City streets any debris, mud or dirt generated by such construction or installation.

(b) Any person, firm or corporation who violates subsection (a) hereof shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and subject to the penalties set forth in Section 501.99 of the General Offenses Code.
