735.07 CLASS I WELLS.
   Class I wells shall comply with the following requirements:
   (a)    Class I wells shall be located a minimum of 200 feet from any structure unless waived by the Planning Commission due to a hardship, but under no circumstances shall it be less than 100 feet.
   (b)    All equipment and the well head shall be secured.
   (c)    An emergency access shall be provided in a manner approved by the Fire Chief.
   (d)    A construction deposit in the amount of $500.00 shall be deposited in cash with the City prior to the start of any work on the site. Said deposit shall ensure restoration of the site after drilling and may be released by the Director of Planning upon determination of compliance.
   (e)    The driller or producer shall submit to the Director of Planing prior to commencing drilling operations evidence of a comprehensive liability insurance policy in the amount of $1,000,000.00. The terms of said policy shall provide for continuous coverage against both bodily injury and property damage until all drilling and construction has been completed and shall be subject to the approval of the Director of Planning.
   (f)    All tanks, valving and accessory equipment shall be located a minimum of 100 feet from any property line.
