729.07 APPEAL.

In the event the Director suspends or revokes any license, the owner may within ten (10) days, appeal in writing such suspension or revocation to a Board of Review, composed of the Law Director, the Finance Director and a member of-City Council to be appointed by that body. The Board of Review shall fix a time and place for the hearing of the appeal, at which time all parties interested shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard, and the Board of Review's decision shall be final.
