553.07 RAILROAD ELEVATIONS AT STREET CROSSINGS.
   In order to maintain a grade for streets and public right-of-way over and across the tracks of the CSX Railroad and the Norfolk and Southern Railroad in the City of Mentor, and to prevent the unauthorized raising and elevation of existing tracks over and across such streets and public right-of-way, the elevations of the high rails of the existing tracks along the center line of said public streets shall not exceed or be higher than the elevations determined and established by Emilio DeGoecoechea and Associates in its September, 1969 report which is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out in length herein, a certified copy of which shall remain in the office of the Clerk of Council. The elevations of such rails are shown further in the following tabulation, Section 553.08.
