549.11 PERMIT FOR BLASTING.

(a) No person shall blast with dynamite, gunpowder, or any other explosive compound, within the corporate limits unless there shall first have been obtained a written permit from the Director of Public Safety.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
