529.11 WARNING CARDS TO BE POSTED IN LICENSED PREMISES.
   (a)    Every place in the City where beer or intoxicating liquor is sold for beverage purposes under a permit issued by the State Department of Liquor Control shall display at all times in a prominent place on the premises thereof, a printed card which shall be issued by the Chief of Police and which shall read substantially as follows:
"WARNING TO PERSONS UNDER AGE"
   You are subject to a fine up to $1,000 and a jail term up to six (6) months under the ordinances of the City of Mentor if you purchase or otherwise obtain beer or intoxicating liquor, or misrepresent your age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining beer, wine or intoxicating liquor.

   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
