525.17 REPORTING ACCIDENTS.

(a) All doctors and all ambulance and taxicab drivers in the City shall report to the Chief of Police each and every accident within the City coming to their knowledge by virtue of their employment. Such report shall be made immediately after the accident comes to their notice.
(1969 Code 134.03)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
