4-9-2: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter is to promote recycling, composting, and resource recovery through the administration of an effective recycling program, as provided in s. 287.11, Wis. Stats., and Chapter NR 544, Wis. Administrative Code. (Ord. 2020-07, 9-8-2020)
