2-8-12: PENALTY FOR VIOLATION:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a forfeiture of not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each separate violation. Each and every day during which a violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense. (1975 Code Ch. 21 § XXXII)
