Each condominium project shall be reviewed on the basis of a condominium plat prepared pursuant to section 703.11, Wisconsin statutes, and other applicable statutes. Minor land division and subdivision regulation procedures in this title shall apply to city review of condominium plats. A fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) shall be paid to the city at the time of submittal of a condominium plat for approval. (Ord. 2006-05, 2-6-2006)
