A. General Requirements: Minor land divisions where less than five (5) lots are created or where previously surveyed lots or platted lots are redivided shall be recorded on a certified survey map in accordance with section 236.34, Wisconsin statutes. A copy of the certified survey map shall be filed with the city building inspector and the city clerk and approved by the plan commission prior to the recording of the certified survey map. Minor land divisions shall comply with the city zoning ordinance and the city comprehensive plan. The certified survey map shall include certificate of approval by the city. Minor land divisions shall comply with the intent of this title to the extent directed by the plan commission.
B. Minor Land Division Fee: A fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) shall be paid to the city at the time of submittal of a minor land division for approval. (Ord. 2005-16, 11-7-2005)
