A. The city of Menomonie and/or the township shall refer proposed changes in this title to the joint zoning committee of the city and town in which the zoning is in effect. Changes shall be made by majority vote of the joint committee and the common council following a public hearing and procedure as required in the Wisconsin statutes.
B. All changes and amendments shall be in accordance with the zoning plan adopted by the joint committee. (1975 Code Ch. 19 § XII)
