A. Zoning Provisions Adopted: Title 10, chapter 4 of this code, except subsections 10-4-5F6a, F6b, and G thereof, is hereby adopted and made part of this title by reference. Title 10, chapter 4 shall apply to all districts unless specifically excepted in this title.
B. Buffer Strip: A buffer strip twenty five feet (25') wide shall be provided adjacent to the property line by each property developed where a residential use or zoning abuts any district except open development - conservancy district.
C. Screen Planting: A screen planting strip not less than fifteen feet (15') in width shall be provided along all boundaries that do not adjoin streets. Such strips shall be so planted with varieties of trees and shrubs as to assure rapid growth and density of foliage for screening the development. (1975 Code Ch. 19 § IV)
