10-21-11: SURETY:

A performance bond shall be required in the amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) prior to the issuance of a permit under this chapter to ensure that all of the requirements of this chapter are complied with by the permittee. (Ord. 2015-14, 10-19-2015)
