2-1-4: BOARD OF HEALTH:
   A.   Common Council And Health Officer: The common council shall constitute a board of health. There shall also be a health officer who shall be an ex officio member of such board and its executive officer.
   B.   Compensation: The compensation of such health officer shall be fixed by the common council.
   C.   Duties: The duties of such health officer shall be as prescribed by Wisconsin statutes. (1975 Code Ch. 3 § III)
