No swimming pool shall be installed or constructed without a permit having been issued therefor by the building inspector. The fee for said permit shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00). Application for such permit shall be made in writing on forms furnished by the building inspector and shall contain appropriate plans and specifications, showing the proposed location of the swimming pool and such other information as the building inspector may require in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The application shall generally comply with the standards required of an application for a building permit insofar as the same is applicable. (1975 Code Ch. 16 § XXIV)
