(d) If such a sign is suspended over or projects into the public right of way, the issuance and continuation of a sign permit shall be conditioned on the sign owner obtaining and maintaining in force liability insurance of at least $500,000.00 per occurrence per sign.

Notes:

(c) On zone lots fronting on more than 1 street, the allowable signage area shall be 1/2 this value on the second, third and fourth streets.

(b) Maximum sign height is 30 feet for primary signs and 15 feet for secondary signs, if allowed, and minimum setback is 2 feet; however, in no case shall the actual sign height exceed the actual sign setback from any adjacent lot that is zoned and used for residential purposes. (For example, if the sign is set back 7 feet from such a lot, it may be no more than 7 feet high.)

(d) In addition to the setback requirements on this table, all signs shall be located such that there is at every street intersection a clear view between heights of 2 feet and 10 feet maintained in the vision triangle.
