Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code (SPS 320 through 325 and 327, Wisconsin Administrative Code) is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference and shall apply to construction of all new one- and two-family dwellings and any alteration or enlargement of existing one- and two-family dwellings, including accessory buildings, regardless of original construction date.
