The following data shall be a part of, or shall accompany, all plans submitted for approval:
A. The location of streets, alleys, lot lines and any other buildings on the same lot or property.
B. Name of the owner.
C. Intended use or uses of all rooms.
D. Computations, stress diagrams and other data necessary to show the correctness of the plans, shall accompany the plans and specifications when required by the building inspection superintendent or his authorized agent. (1975 Code Ch. 16 § VII)
