8-2-4-3: PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL:
Where the sewer system is not available, the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage system complying with the following provisions: Before commencement of construction of a private sewage system, the owner shall first obtain a written permit signed by the Dunn County zoning administrator or the county authority having jurisdiction. (1975 Code Ch. 5 § II)
