8-2-4-1: PLUMBERS:

No plumber, pipefitter, or other person will be permitted to do any plumbing or pipefitting work in connection with the sewer system without first receiving a license from the state and obtaining permission from the building inspector. All service connections to the sewer main shall comply with the state plumbing code. (1975 Code Ch. 5 § II)
