8-2-1: CREATION OF SEWER DISTRICT:
One sewer district, to be known as the Menomonie sewer district, embracing all the territory within the corporate limits of the city, is hereby created. This district shall be administered by the Menomonie sewer utility. (1975 Code Ch. 5 § I)
