The current Public Service Commission of Wisconsin rate file applicable for the utility is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter. All provisions and regulations as set forth in this rate file will, after the date of its issuance, apply and be in force as if specifically written in this chapter and the rates stated in this rate file will be those charged by the utility.
