A. Riding Prohibited On Certain Sidewalks: No person shall ride a bicycle, as defined in section 340.01(5), Wisconsin statutes, upon the sidewalks adjacent to the following roadways, except as provided in subsection B of this section:
BROADWAY STREET from vacated Wilson Avenue to Crescent Street.
CRESCENT STREET:
From Broadway to 4th Street East.
From 7th Street East to 9th Street East.
MAIN STREET from Broadway Street to 9th Street East.
WILSON AVENUE from 3rd Street East to 9th Street East.
2ND STREET EAST from Main Street to its northern terminus.
3RD STREET EAST from Wilson Avenue to Crescent Street.
4TH STREET EAST from Wilson Avenue to Main Street.
B. Riding Allowed On Certain Sidewalks: A bicycle may be ridden upon the sidewalks adjacent to the following roadways:
CRESCENT STREET, the north sidewalk on those areas noted in subsection A of this section.
MAIN STREET, the north sidewalk from 4th Street East to 7th Street East.
2ND STREET EAST, the east sidewalk. (1975 Code Ch. 7 § XVIII)
