A. Use Prohibited: No person shall ride in-line skates, as defined in section 340.01(24m), Wisconsin statutes, or a play vehicle, as defined in section 340.01(43m), Wisconsin statutes, on any of the following roadways or sidewalks adjacent to said roadways, except as provided in subsection B of this section:
BROADWAY STREET from vacated Wilson Avenue to Crescent Street.
CRESCENT STREET:
From Broadway to 4th Street East.
From 7th Street East to 9th Street East.
MAIN STREET from Broadway Street to 9th Street East.
WILSON AVENUE from 3rd Street East to 9th Street East.
2ND STREET EAST from Main Street to its northern terminus.
3RD STREET EAST from Wilson Avenue to Crescent Street.
4TH STREET EAST from Wilson Avenue to Main Street.
B. Use Allowed: In-line skates or a play vehicle may be ridden on the following roadways or sidewalks adjacent to said roadways:
CRESCENT STREET, the north sidewalk on those areas of Crescent Street noted in subsection A of this section.
MAIN STREET, the north sidewalk from 4th Street East to 7th Street East.
2ND STREET EAST, the east sidewalk. (1975 Code Ch. 7 § XVIII)
