Pursuant to section 349.10, Wisconsin statutes, the following streets and parts thereof are declared to be one-way streets, and no person shall operate any vehicle thereon except in the indicated direction:
NE WAKANDA DRIVE from Pine Avenue to Maple Avenue in a southerly, then westerly, then northwesterly direction.
PARK CIRCLE from its northerly terminus to its southerly terminus in a southerly direction only.
3RD STREET EAST from Wilson Avenue to 10th Avenue in a southerly direction only.
4TH STREET EAST from Main Street to 9th Avenue East in a southerly direction only.
8TH STREET EAST from Main Street to Wilson Avenue in a southerly direction only.
