6-4-12: PARKING LIMITATIONS ON MUNICIPAL PARKING LOTS:
   A.   When signs or parking meters are erected in any Municipal parking lot, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than the period thereon specified.
   B.   The Parking Utility Commission of the City shall have the authority to regulate and specify the parking limitations on all Municipal parking lots and to erect and post necessary signs or parking meters on said lots designating such parking limitations. (1975 Code Ch.7 §VII)
