6-4-8: PARKING FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES ON STREETS OR LOTS:
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or to park on any street any vehicle for the primary purpose of displaying advertising, or advertising with a loudspeaker or other device or instrument or instruments creating an unusually loud noise therewith.
   B.   It shall be unlawful for any person to park or operate on any street any vehicle for the purpose of directly selling goods or services if such use interferes with, obstructs, tends to obstruct or renders dangerous the passage of vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
   C.   No on street parking place or off street municipal parking lot may be directly used for any sales purposes except for such locations, for such purposes and at such times as the common council permits. (1975 Code Ch.7 §V; amd. 2009 Code)
