A. Hours Of Operation: (Rep. by Ord. 2014-06, 6-16-2014)
B. Manner Of Operation: No person shall operate a motor vehicle or snowmobile upon any body of water within the city in a careless or negligent manner, or in any manner likely to endanger the safety of himself or any other person or any other property.
C. Penalty: Any person who shall violate any provision of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), together with the costs of prosecution, for the first offense, and not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), together with the costs of prosecution, for the second offense within a year.
