A. Failure To Obtain Rabies Vaccination: Sections 95.21(1) through 95.21(8), Wisconsin statutes, are hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter. An owner who fails to have a dog vaccinated against rabies as required under section 95.21(2)(a), Wisconsin statutes, may be required to forfeit not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
B. Refusal To Comply With Order Or Quarantine: An owner who refuses to comply with an order issued under this section to deliver an animal to an officer, isolation facility, or veterinarian or who does not comply with the conditions of an order that an animal be quarantined shall forfeit not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
