Sections 174.05, 174.053, 174.054, 174.055, 174.056, 174.06, 174.065, 174.07 and 174.08, Wisconsin statutes, are hereby adopted and made a part of this section. In addition to dog license taxes established by statute, three dollars ($3.00) shall be levied to defray the cost of dog licensing, regulating and impounding activities. In addition to kennel license taxes established by statute, three dollars ($3.00) shall be levied for a kennel of twelve (12) or fewer dogs and an additional three dollars ($3.00) for each dog in excess of twelve (12) in said kennel.
